Croon and Wolter & Dros have recently been busy making appropriate preparations for the merger. As from 19 April the companies will operate under the new brand name Croonwolter&dros. The legal entities will merge on 1 January 2017.

Croon specialises in electro-technology and automation. The specialisms of Wolter & Dros are mechanical engineering and measurement and control technology. The companies have developed continually within their fields and have become sector leaders.
The merger of Croon and Wolter & Dros represents a logical step in the development of the two companies. Bringing together expertise fulfils the increasing demand for integrated technical systems. This will be launched on the market by an effective and efficient engineering and executive organisation. The launch of the new brand name Croonwolter&dros on 19 April is a significant step in the merger process. The internal processes, systems and management will be optimised In the months ahead. This will be completed and implemented on 1 January 2017 in the form of a single integrated organisation.
