(METS - 17 November 2015) Dutch superyacht electrical system integrator Alewijnse Marine Systems will be bringing its unique expertise in luxury yacht systems integration to METS 2015.
The group continues to work with major superyacht yards on new builds and refits, particularly in the Netherlands and Germany, where its expertise across the full range of electro-mechanical systems gives it a vital role in fitting out today’s highly complex yachts.
After-sales service is continuing to be a major focus, as shown by the opening this year of its full-service capability at La Ciotat on the French Riviera. There a permanent team is now providing 24/7 onboard technical assistance for trouble-shooting and maintenance across an area stretching from Barcelona in the west to Genoa in the east. Support in the eastern Italian Riviera area is being delivered by Alewijnse partner Amico Shipyards in Genoa.
Visitors to the Alewijnse stand (10.300) in the Superyacht Pavilion will also have the opportunity to see a Lantic Entertainment System in operation. Lantic is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Alewijnse and its highly sophisticated IT networks can integrate with an unparalleled range of third-party entertainment and environmental brands to create totally bespoke lifestyle experiences. Owners can upgrade their systems over time with minimal disruption and regular software updates from Lantic ensure ongoing compatibility with new standards and hardware.
